Pre Europe, Morgan wanted a Live Wire that excelled in under three foot, with great release off the top. Enter the Smiley Face. We decided on a squash tail with a hip. Now with a deeper, single concave at the hip than the Live Wire (to make it the action spot) the single runs to flat, in the narrowing tail (for total control). Rail is medium/boxy. Ridden an inch shorter and an 1/8th wider, Smiley Face is the Live Wire's best mate.
